1. Introduction

Welcome to COSMOPACK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, communication channels, and the purchase of our premium aluminum packaging products. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. COSMOPACK is a B2B supplier based in Jiangxi, China.

2. Products and Services

We specialize in manufacturing and exporting aluminum packaging solutions, including but not limited to:

• Aluminum Bottles: 15ml to 1L capacities with multiple neck finishes.
• Aluminum Aerosol Cans: Premium pressure-resistant containers.
• Aluminum Jars & Tins: For cosmetics, food, and personal care.
• Custom Closures: ROPP caps, pumps, sprayers, mist pumps, and CR caps.

Important: All products are manufactured to agreed specifications. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to perform compatibility testing between their formula/product and our packaging (including food-grade BPA-free PPG liners) prior to mass production.

3. Orders, Pricing, and MOQ

All quotes provided are valid for a specified period (typically 30 days) due to fluctuations in raw aluminum prices. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply and vary depending on the product type, size, and customization requirements (such as 1-8 color offset printing or special finishes).

Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and the required deposit payment. Prices are generally quoted in USD under FOB or CIF terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Manufacturing and Lead Times

Lead times for sampling and mass production are estimates based on current factory capacity and material availability. Standard mass production typically takes 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit receipt.

COSMOPACK shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or government regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for the goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (for FOB terms) or upon arrival at the destination port (for CIF terms), according to standard Incoterms 2020. The buyer is entirely responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and local taxes in the destination country.

6. Quality Assurance and Returns

We enforce strict quality control measures. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must inspect the shipment within 14 days. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (clear photos and videos).

Because our products are 100% custom-manufactured to your brand's specifications, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or ordering errors. Approved defective items will be replaced or credited toward your next order.

7. Intellectual Property

You guarantee that any artwork, logos, or designs provided to COSMOPACK for printing do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You retain all rights to your brand assets. COSMOPACK retains all rights to its manufacturing processes, proprietary tooling, and structural designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall COSMOPACK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our packaging. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific batch of defective goods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiations or, failing that, submitted to the relevant arbitration commission in Jiangxi, China.
